I hired Sarah for a book launch party at my home- light fare and nibbles for 40. She created an amazing offering of 8 kinds of tea sandwiches, dips, cheeses and small salads. Her presentation of the food was beautiful and festive. It was a feast and everyone loved the food. Sarah went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. Bravo!!

I contacted Sarah and her team to deliver a brunch for 30 on the Sunday post my son’s Bar Mitzvah. I needed someone who could take point and deliver an experience that would be over the top for my guests who traveled from out of town. She delivered. From contact one…the planning and execution was such that i did not have to manage it. She stepped in., executed and my guests where so happy. The food, the presentation, the staff….everything was as I wanted it. Thank you Sarah!

Sarah and her son came to our home to prepare a birthday dinner for my wife and guests. We also requested that she include a cooking class showing us how to prepare one of her signature dishes Paella. What occurred was unbelievable to say the least. Sarah and her son have an amazing passion for preparing food and presenting it in a way that makes it amazing in both taste and presentation. Every detail was attended to.The cooking class was amazing, Sarah has an energy about cooking that is contagious, she answered everyones questions and made it look fun and exciting to prepare.
What started out as a birthday dinner turned into an “event” that will be remembered for a lifetime thanks to Mangia and Enjoy and their over the top ability to make everything perfect.

Sarah catered a casual buffet for a family pool party and everything was delicious and nicely presented. We opted for a ‘drop off’ of room temp foods and it worked out great..nothing to keep hot and no work for me so I could enjoy my company.
She threw an unexpected bonus jug of fresh lemonade in….and it was the perfect mixer with some good Gin that evening. Ha!
